8 Week Mindfulness Courses and Taster Sessions with Ariana Faris
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention, of being deeply attuned to yourself, the environment and those around you. It is a natural state of mind, focused and aware. Rooted in the ancient art of meditation, mindfulness can be learned and practiced by anyone, no matter what their religious or cultural background. Mindfulness skills training can help you meet the challenges of everyday life and provide coping strategies for stressful times and situations.
We are delighted to be able to invite Ariana Faris back to the studio to lead these sessions. Ariana is an experienced systemic and family psychotherapist, counsellor and trainer (and fellow yogi!). Ariana has many years experience leading workshops and courses in Mindfulness skills.
