All levels Classes
These classes are suitable for everyone, from beginners to more experienced students. No yoga experience is necessary and your teacher will offer modifications where needed and ensure that you practice at a pace and level that is suitable for you.
Beginners Level Classes
These classes are designed for complete beginners, or those coming back to yoga after some time away from the mat. They are also for you if you just fancy a class at a slower pace.
Intermediate Level Classes
If you’ve been regularly attending classes or seeing a teacher on a one to one basis for 6 months to a year and have a good basic knowledge of poses, breath and alignment principles then these classes will suit you.
